Submitting invoices by mail? That's a thing of the past! With the Allianz Health App, customers of Allianz Private Health Insurance can conveniently submit their documents via photo, barcode, or document upload - quickly, securely, cost-saving, and environmentally friendly! Our app offers you:

<ul>
 <li>Status Tracking: You can always track the current status of your submitted invoices and will be immediately informed once processing is completed. You can also choose to receive push notifications regarding the status of your invoices.</li>
 <li>Policy Display: You can easily see which benefits and deductibles are covered in your policy - and which are not.</li>
 <li>Medical Support - anytime &amp; anywhere: Expert support for medical questions. With "Doc on Call," you have the opportunity to confidentially ask independent medical experts your questions. No waiting time. No waiting room. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.* Our offering includes video consultations with doctors* and specialist referrals* to complete our service.</li>
 <li>Emergency Hotline Abroad: A number you can call with one click in case of emergencies while traveling. The hotline is available around the clock and provides comprehensive support. If there are language barriers, we will provide an interpreter. We also take care of medication deliveries, organizing blood transfusions, and if necessary, the repatriation.</li>
 <li>Personal Consultation: In your profile, you will find your contact person for your contract or can search for the appropriate agency near you.</li>
 <li>Message Center: News about the app and your health insurance at Allianz. Here, we inform about new services, provide tips on health topics, or display completed service orders.</li>
</ul>

We prioritize the security of your data, and signing in to the app is now only possible with a device security feature (e.g., touch/face ID, device PIN). We also recommend our users to set up two-factor authentication to benefit from additional, comprehensive, and of course, free features in the app, such as:

 <li>Digital Mailbox: Easily view all correspondence from the past years regarding your service orders - optionally including eco-friendly paperless options.</li>
 <li>View Invoice and Refund Amount: We now display the invoice and refund amount in the submission overview.</li>
</ul>

And: We are constantly working on improving the Allianz Health App. Here, you will find the latest information about new features and updates. Feel free to reach out to us if the app "doesn't behave as you want" or if you have any suggestions or new ideas.
